📦 Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened vape kits or e-liquid cartridges

Used disposable vapes

Clearance or final sale items

Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Refund Method: Original method of payment

Processing Time: 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply on approved returns

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Defective or damaged upon arrival

Incorrect items received (wrong product or flavor)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to qualify for an exchange.
